Good to know

Reservations began in 2026 for some sites. 10-day limit on flowage sites; 1-night limit at river sites. You must occupy the site the first night and may not hold an FCFS site with unattended gear. Low seasonal water levels can affect access; several sites were temporarily closed for logging when last checked. Potable water seasonally at Sandy Landing. Firewood from more than 10 miles away is prohibited.

Site counts, fees and closures change. Check the official page before you drive out.
